🎉 v1.0.0 Released - Now a Claude Code Plugin

Just shipped v1.0.0 - the entire repo is now installable as a Claude Code plugin.

One-Command Install

/plugin marketplace add affaan-m/everything-claude-code
/plugin install everything-claude-code@everything-claude-code

That's it. All 9 agents, 11 skills, 11 commands, and 10 hooks are now active in your Claude Code.

if we used the manual deployment before the plugin, we remove manually everything and then re-add the plugin as this is the recommended new method ? btw thank you for the work

i tried it in claude CLI on MacOs
claude --version
2.1.20 (Claude Code)
I get this error
Error: Failed to install: Plugin has an invalid manifest file at
/Users/vthattai/.claude/plugins/cache/temp_local_1769493215336_dmv57b/.claude-plugin/plugin.json. Validation errors: agents:

followed the one command install option ,
( on friday, jan.24 , i used the Option 2: Manual Installation and the files are probably still there . so do i have to undo(delete) the manual installation and then retry? )

🎭 踩坑实录

1. 第一次踩坑：直接 claude plugin install 就跑

   • 结果：报错 manifest 文件格式不对
   • 教训：先看文档，再动手

2. 第二次踩坑：manifest 写了，但是 JSON 语法错了

   • 结果：又报错
   • 教训：AI 生成的 JSON 也需要验证

3. 终极踩坑：manifest 对了，但是权限没配

   • 结果：装上了但用不了
   • 教训：插件装上 ≠ 插件能用

💡 正确姿势

1. 先看 manifest 要求：
