Dropping Premake5 build system

I've been thinking about getting rid of Premake5 completely.

The main reasons being

• Maintaining multiple configuration files is painful
• Dependencies need extra premake5.lua files, instead of directly reusing their built-in CMakeLists.txt configuration
• CMake being widespread, it's easier for a CMake project to include another CMake project.
