Initial release

Includes:

• LocationBeacon - an iBeacon-style beacon
• EddystoneURLBeacon
• UARTServer - a Peripheral running an implementation of the Nordic UART Service (NUS). Provides a stream interface for reading.

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython bundle.
