Instruction for Dev Run

1. npm install
2. npm run dev
3. Open localhost:8080
4. Redirects are being binded to 3000 port

Instruction for Prod

1. npm install
2. npm run admin
3. npm run redirect

Important: Don't forget about PM2!

Important: You can setup ports and another config in config.json.
