Port Delta-V Jukebox Additions (#912)

# Description
Cherry-picks DeltaV-Station/Delta-v#1130,
DeltaV-Station/Delta-v#1361, and
DeltaV-Station/Delta-v#1704. Credit to
Colin-Tel.

This was not tested, someone should test it first.
