[Popup] Wrong positioning in a scrolling modal

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open testcase
2. Click on the blue buttons (you can scroll the modal)
3. Increase the width of the preview frame (maximize it) and click again

Expected
The Popup should position next to its button.

Result
The Popup does not position correctly and goes to the right, this only happens when the modal is in "scrolling mode" (when bigger than the window).

Have anyone know how to fix this issue ?. I meet the similar issue when the popup is show in scrolling modal content
