Removed a confusing notes file. We are currently using sofia built from the sources of public release 1.12.11. We have placed that release at our own repo: dependencies/sources/sofia-sip. Notice that in the past dependencies/sources/sofia sip did contain the latest commit as initially described here. But that was never used in our project
