Reorder within grouped taskbar buttons

Could AltSnap also be used for reordering taskbar buttons within a group, when the 'Combining taskbar buttons and hide labels' is set to 'Never' in Windows Settings Panel. This functionality was found in 7+ Taskbar Tweaker for Windows 10, and now Windhawk Taskbar reorder within/between groups for Windows 11.

This is not really possible within AltSnap, To have access to the taskbar buttons, a program needs to be an explorer shell extension. This is totally different kind of program that would need to be a separate .dll file, with little or no shared code with AltSnap. So I am not planning this.
Shell Extensions can be great, but it is outside the scope of AltSnap, even though it might not be obvious, because it is about moving tabs which seems similar to moving windows.
