Add zarr merger notebook section (#1433)

This PR add an example for `ZarrAvgMerger` to be plugged into
`PatchInferer` along with `WSISlidingWindowSplitter`.

Note: Project-MONAI/MONAI#6633 in MONAI core
should be merged before this one.
