Creation of prescribing_guidance.json

Hi,

We are looking into adding outside guidance to PharmCat. While investigating we noticed all recommendations currently hinge on prescribing_guidance.json inside pharmcat.zip downloaded from pgkb s3 bucket. Are there any insights in how this file is constructed? Some documentation on it's structure maybe? On the ClinPGx website we can only find different zip files in the download section.

ClinPGx does not currently have public documentation of guidance data. That's why you don't see it on the downloads page or in the documentation. We know people are extremely interested in it and we are evaluating different ways to officially support it. In addition, the structure of the guidance data is still in a volatile state so we are changing it often to accommodate new features and changes in behavior.
