Communication error while mcpClient connecting to mspServer by sse

Hi!
I found a bugs in the project when the mcp client connects to the mcp server on python (https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/python-sdk) via SSE.

1. Don't understands part of uri from server answer.
   
2. Don't understands "202 Accepted" after message sending.
   

Your work is wonderfull, please, fix it's.

I've fixed the issues in 1.0.1.3. Thank you so much for the suggestion on how to fix the issues and the thorough report - it helped fix the issues much more quickly. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you find any other issues or there's something you'd like implemented.
