XLNet needs upgrade related NPU kernels as follows:
1.transpose2 op and index_select_grad op replace NPU operator "TransposeD" with recommended "Transpose" to get potential performance improvements.
2.transpose2 supports dtype int64_t under control of WITH_ASCEND_INT64.
