We (Google) have updated the colors for the official Dart logo. The new logo is more consistent with the Flutter logo, and also adheres more closely to the Material Design guidelines. This PR keeps the same vectors but adapts the colors accordingly, in keeping both with the new logo and the Material icon themeset.
