xDrip will stop supporting Android 7 soon

Android 7 will be retired in an upcoming xDrip Nightly release. When that happens, you will not be able to install it, or any release after that, on an Android 7 phone.
You will still be able to install the previous releases on Android 7.

One of the consequences of this change will be that you will not be able to disable notification channels. This page describes how you can use Notification channels with respect to xDrip now: https://navid200.github.io/xDrip/docs/Notification-channels.html

After Android 7 is retired, that page will be updated. The setting will not exist anymore and you will have to adapt to living with notification channels.
