Simplera without medtronic app

Hi all , i use xdrip since 4 or 5 year with freestyle 2, watchdrip and that's was great.
I have to change and use simplera cgm
My phone isn't in the liste of tested /validated phone so i can't use xdrip and carelink followers.
Is there an other solution to have the simplera data in xdrip like freestyle over bluetooth ?

Sorry, I misspoke.
The Simplera is paired via Bluetooth to a Medtronic 780G pump.
This pump can automatically send data to CareLink if the phone is compatible with minimed Medtronic app ; otherwise, it needs to be uploaded via a USB stick from a PC.
Everything I've read about getting Simplera CGM data in XDRip involves using CareLink Followers.
Is it possible to directly access the Bluetooth data from the sensor or pump via XDRip?

I try on 3 phone ( stellar, Galaxy and Xiaomi) not in the list
The app could be download and install but when she start i've got this message

You couldn't by-pass this screen, you could only stop the app

That's annoying. Maybe someone will patch out the device check.

Sure, we tried to install MinimedMobile on many unlisted devices, and it rarely works, only sometimes it is pure luck. The device whitelist is stored on the server, so they can modify it without updating the app version. Recently they have added some phones that did not work before, so its worth checking from time to time.

Its not possible to patch this app and still be able to communicate with the pump. App inegrity check is tied with BT handshake process, so any app modification results in failed pairing with the pump (even if we can get past the device check).

There is an OpenMinimed initiative on github that actively works on preparing independent pump client app. They have already created python code that allows connecting to 780g pump and receive glucose data, history and other events directly, so the road is open.

Im not an owner nor contributor to that repository, I have no benefit from "advertising" here. Just bringing this to your attention and hoping xDrip community could benefit from such research, as this kind of data source would be a nice addition here (after considering the legal issues).
