ESP8266 and ESP32 firmware binaries now available

Hello all,

I've implemented the flows not only to test compile the source tree every time a change is pushed but also to publish ready-to-flash binaries to the Releases section.

Combined with the OTA functionality, updating to a newer firmware should be straight forward now.
