Add "keep on top" button everywhere, not just the Standard mode. #2445
Description
The "Standard" mode in the calculator app has this really useful button that keeps the calculator above all other running programs. For some reason, this button is not present in any other mode of the calculator, and you cannot switch modes while "keep on top" is activated. I ask that both of these issues be rectified. For those like me who rarely use just the Standard mode, this addition would be really helpful.
