System.Net.Http version refered by the SDK (in .net46 target) is 4.3.1 which has the vulnerability aspnet/Announcements#239
Update to 4.3.2 version( which has the fix for vulnerability) so that SDK is usable with systems where 4.3.1 is not allowed. (due to the vulnerability)
