Description
Hello everyone,
I’m working on integrating a Gazebo-based drone model with AirSim, following the document https://microsoft.github.io/AirSim/gazebo_drone/. That project currently relies on Gazebo 9 as its flight dynamics model (FDM) source while using AirSim for environmental sensing.
My key questions:
- Has anyone successfully used Ignition Gazebo (Garden or Harmonic) with the AirSim–GazeboDrone integration?
- If not, is it feasible to adapt the existing plugin, or is there an alternative route someone would recommend?
- Are there known limitations that might block compatibility (e.g. plugin interface differences, API changes, etc.)?
