hide 'related'?

been drawing a lot of new stuff in the dashboards (testing Sections....) and doing so, realized we have a lot of 3-dots (meatballs) on more-info panels

often times, this is shown, even if not a single related thing is listed. Ive never used this myself, even on entities that have a related link.

making me wonder if we could optionally create a setting to hide them (all or per same selection we already have with the other options)
