Does the incremental sync feature in hybrid mode work on the latest master branch build of Kong OSS?

We are experiencing significant sync lag issues in our hybrid mode deployment using Kong OSS 3.9.1.
The Control Plane (CP) sends configuration data to the Data Plane (DP) for the changes to take effect, but as the size of the entity datasets increases, the delay in synchronization grows proportionally.

The Kong documentation mentions this as a known limitation.

Has anyone encountered similar issues with hybrid mode in Kong OSS? Are there any solutions or workarounds available?

Incremental config sync is only available in Kong Enterprise and is not supported in Kong OSS.
