How to set the log level in db-less mode

Hi folks，I'm having some trouble setting the log level. I'm deploying Kong using a database-less architecture. However, the documentation says, "You can't change the log level of the Data Plane or database-less nodes."
I'd like to ask how to set the log level in db-less mode. I want to set it to error. Thanks.
