Added lumiRgbToXY and lumiEncodeRgbColor for Aqara light color conversion and encoding
Added lumiRGBEffect lumiRGBEffectSpeed and lumiRGBEffectColors for Aqara RGB light dynamic effects
Added RGB dynamic effects, speed and colors for T2 RGB bulbs. Cleaned up model definitions for T2 CCT and T2 RGB bulbs.
