How do I make buttons and menu items be clickable while on the titlebar?

I've used ui:TitleBar.ExtendViewIntoTitleBar="True", to make the items appear over the titlebar, now I just need to make them clickable

This is what I have for the window arguments:

The area above the red line is where the titlebar is, that's where things aren't clickable.
