What vscode-specific configuration should we add to the devcontainer/repo.

In vscode-devcontainers, it is possible to add vscode configuration including vscode extensions to install.

For example, the ros docs recommend mention these extensions:

what extensions are you using? Should we add them to the devcontainer?

Extensions are only one type of configuration we could add. Another idea would be to have tasks like colcon build --symlink-install.

Question for the reader: Do we have to add them to the devcontainer configuration or do we have to add a .vscode folder with that to the repository root?
