Zooming with Firefox shows visual artifacts

When zooming a Switch with Firefox, there sometimes are visual artifacts:

The first picture is at 120% zoom, the second at 110%. Change the absolute horizontal position of the Switch by making the navigation column larger and smaller. At some positions the artifacts appear, at others, they don't.

This totally is a bug in Firefox, but maybe you find it worthwhile to work around it.

On that page I see it on zoom levels 140% and 170% (only). But confirmed.
