Benchmark

Create a Benchmark file with the following function (others to come):
Benchmark(SPmodel, SDDParametersCollection, seeds)
that run sddp with given seeds for the alea choice (be careful that what we actually want is to have the same scenarios used in the forward phase) and return a table with
(computing time, Gap, SDDPiterationNumber,CPLEXcalls)
