CONTRIBUTING.md tag links don't work? or have zero results?

The tag links in the CONTRIBUTING.md ( https://github.com/JetBrains/ideavim/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md ) don't seem to lead to any tickets.

I'm not sure if it is a "me" thing -- I'm not familiar with YouTrack and I'm browsing as Guest. Or if maybe the URL, tag, or query structure changed at some point.

Anyone know how I might go about viewing the tickets with those tags?

Looks like I can see issues as a guest now when I click through those tag links! Thanks!

Now I just need to see if there is something interesting that might scratch a personal itch.
