feat(creation): Add spell validation to character-validator pipeline (#254) (#271)

Integrate spell validation into the character-validator pipeline with
duplicate detection, catalog verification, priority limit enforcement,
and aspected mage restriction (conjurers/enchanters cannot select spells).
