feat(angular-3d): implement CameraFlightDirective with hold-to-fly mechanics

- Add hold-to-fly forward navigation (right-click by default)
- Add Q key backward navigation with auto-play
- Implement pause/resume flight on mouse release/hold
- Add OrbitControls coordination (disable during flight, sync after)
- Include GSAP timeline animation with progress events
- Add reduced motion support with instant jump fallback
- Create barrel exports for camera-flight module
