Different layout for message vs search on browse

Someone know if it is possible to change the leyout when you should search on web browser, I have a layout for message that I like but it change when I go for URL look att the pictures
Picture 1 is message
Picture 2 is web browser


I would like to change the ? To a dot when I write in the URL bar

You can change this in "Advanced Settings" and "Layout of functions" or something, practically the last, look for the code the name "URI" will have the question mark, then change to "."
