Hi, just stopping by!

I noticed pull requests are still being merged recently, and those commits in Aug 2024 are after a 7-month gap (since Dec 2023). So, I'm rooting for it myself. I also wonder how things are going with Tahoe.

Haven't exhaustively tested all functions etc but for my config hammerspoon is working fine on Tahoe.

I found hammerspoon because chatgpt recommended it to me. I'm not a programmer, but have found it very easy to ask ChatGPT to implement things via Hammerspoon that solve very annoying pain points for me. I think LLMs really broaden the market for Hammerspoon, opening it up to users that have no desire to write Lua from scratch.

Definitely not dead... the two core maintainers have just been busy with other things.

@cmsj has also been working on a Hammerspoon v2 rewrite using Swift + JavaScript.
