Add component sorting

Add component sorting at the end of each iteration, to minimize cache misses. The grouping must take care of:

• Hierarchy structure.
• Most modified data.
• Most accessed data.
• Query that group those things
  The idea is to pack the memory in chunk and keep the static stuff ad the end.

Moving the proposal to discussions to keep the issue just for things to fix.
