custom MCP server action list update condition is confusing

add 1 space to the end of the url string	yes, but lists previous tools
add 4 spaces to the end of the url string	yes

add 1 space to the front of the url string	yes
kill flowise process and restart	yes

The call to existing tools succeeds, but fails after the tool is removed from the MCP server.
I'm running a MCP server very close to the official example code, typescript sdk 1.22.0. flowise 3.0.11, commit b5f7fac, started using pnpm start, windows platform.
The behavior looks extremely confusing. I'm expecting the list to be updated when I click the refresh button on the node.
