Note for contributors:
Leif has come up with a new contribution method but it still needs a few tweaks. When it's up and running, you'll basically only need to edit a single JSON file and include your SVG files inside your pull requests. We're also going to end theme_resources.xml support. Please continue using the current method until further notice.
