4. Enforcement and Legal Remedies
Failure to comply promptly and fully with any Revocation Notice constitutes copyright infringement and breach of this license. Waves Services reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices, injunctions, damages, and any other remedies under applicable law.
5. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

6. Binding Agreement
By using, copying, modifying, or distributing the Software, Licensee agrees to be fully bound by the terms and conditions of this license, including the obligation to comply with any Revocation Notice.
