Error running manage.py

Hi,

I am new to helping with GitHub projects and am trying to set up the environment but am encountering errors when trying to run:
python manage.py migrate

I am in the virtual environment and have been following contributing.md so far.

The error I'm getting is:

And all future steps running manage.py get the exact same error output, all with "ValueError: Unable to configure handler 'console'".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What steps did you run before the command python manage.py migrate? Are you following the instructions in our contributor guide?

Yes, I am following the contributing guide and am in the development section.
I ran poetry shell to enter the environment and then pre-commit install (though this initially failed so I ran pip install pre-commit and then it worked, if this has any barring). I went into the project folder and then tried running python manage.py migrate and received the error.

On what branch are you running the commands? E.g., main or develop?

Try from the latest develop branch. I've removed the rich dependency from our project.

That fixed the error but now I have a new one while manage.py migrate is running (compiles and runs almost all the way through):
django.db.utils.NotSupportedError: Renaming the 'accounts_account' table while in a transaction is not supported on SQLite < 3.26 because it would break referential integrity. Try adding `atomic = False` to the Migration class.
Not sure if this is something on my end with a possible dependency missing or another potential issue.
