General thoughtsAgain, I think this probably belongs under the general CLOVER 6.0 header rather than IAA work, but, as this is a bug, it should have an issue re-raised for it. This likely falls under the general issue of "battery improvement." ⬆️ Promotion to issue ⬆️As this is a bug, it will be re-raised as a general issue containing battery improvements. |

Describe the bug
The battery degradation rates are not behaving as expected as both the maximum and minimum capacities are degrading whereas, in reality, the minimum shouldn't degrade at any rate. This is unexpected behaviour and the minimum capacity .

Here, the minimum battery storage should not be degradading
