1. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The software known as SolarityChat, including but not limited to its source
code, compiled binaries, assets, graphics, and documentation, is the exclusive
intellectual property of BusyBee Development ("The Author"). All rights not
expressly granted in this license are reserved by the Author.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms of this agreement, the Author hereby grants you a
personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to download, install,
and use the software for its intended purpose.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You are strictly prohibited from performing the following actions without
prior express written consent from Busy Bee Development:

    * REDISTRIBUTION: You may not redistribute, sub-license, rent, lease,
      or sell the software or its source code, in whole or in part, to any
      third party or on any public platform.
    * MODIFICATION: You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works
      based upon the software for the purpose of public distribution.
    * REVERSE ENGINEERING: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or
      attempt to derive the source code of the software, except where
      permitted by applicable law.
    * ATTRIBUTION: You may not remove or alter any copyright notices,
      watermarks, or "Busy Bee Development" branding embedded within
      the software.

4. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license
will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any
of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and
destroy all copies in your possession.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
AUTHOR OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER
LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER
DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
