This fixes some bugs within / brings some improvements to the examples of PluginTEASER.
Furthermore, a bug in PluginEnergyPlus is fixed, in which the default sim setting 'ep_install_path' is set to a linux path for the CI pipeline, which leads to pydantic validation errors.
