This PR adds Amazon Enterprise Access (AEA) browser to the DUNA browser safelist to allow Amazon to use their own browser as a Custom Chrome Tab (CCT) provider.
- Adds a new
getBrowserDescriptorForAea()method with Amazon's browser package name and signature hash - Includes the AEA browser descriptor in the safe browser list for switch-to-browser flow

Amazon wants to use their own browser as CCT provider so adding this to browser safelist for DUNA.
