[CI] criu installation failure block the CI procedure

Recently we met logs of CI failure is caused by criu installation failure. This blocks a lot when checking pull request's CI status.

Actually not fixed, we just add log to locate the step ?

@Ace-Tang add bash -x only for install criu? how do you think?

Maybe we can add it if the problem appear next time，then we can know where is hang.
