Adding a TXT record

The docs give an example of a simple TXT record entry for a domain:

||example.com^$dnsrewrite=NOERROR;TXT;hello_world adds a TXT record with the value hello_world.

I need to add a TXT record that has NAME and VALUE fields.

What is the syntax to do this ?
