You need to already have the package installed before you restore your settings and data. I'll add a warning message.

I've added a warning in v4.2.95

Something went wrong with this change. With .94, moving is working. With .95 apps won't move. They are not stopped, moved, started anymore. Instead I get duration 0s without the expected result.
