Squash and merge button being disabled in web UI

Due to some unfortunate interplay with our DCO commit requirement, we will be DISABLING the ability to squash-and-merge in the web UI. Users can still squash their commits manually and merge normally.

This will take effect alongside other repository changes in the next week or two.
