Migrate to ActiveStorage without re-uploading files?#2689

I was surprised to not find any migration guides which don't require re-uploading files. Seems like it should be possible to point ActiveStorage to the same bucket, path, etc?

Anyone know of such a method? (or maybe it's so easy to do, there is no guide needed? 😅 🙏 )
