What is the best place to solve this error on Arch ?

Arch has a custom tmpfile to fix groupmems but this fails because /usr is readonly.

Should be fixed in Arch, this is a setgid binary and we should get rid of it.

Ok. Meanwhile to silence the error, is there an equivalent to RemoveFiles= for the initrd ? because

RemoveFiles=
        /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/shadow.conf

only silences one of two occurrences of the error, so I suppose one tmpfile occurrence happens in the initrd ?

Or mkosi should maybe just always strip this file by default whenever using Arch ?
