Number of SCF iterations per sample?

Can the number of SCF steps required to converge each single-point calculation in the dataset be easily made available? This would be very helpful and interesting.

Yes, I think you should be able to get that from QCArchive. Use the downloader script. Edit config.py to add scf iterations to the list of values to download.
