SOV doesn't find solutions for some parametrisation

`SOVTree` doesn't find solutions for some parametrisations with extremely long membrane time-scales, which causes the fit to give errors.

Solution: 
Revert to more basic membrane time-scale matching in these cases, i.e. wrap line 828 in `compartmentfitter.py` in a try-except block.
