Question about failed Neper tests

Hello,
I'm trying to install the Neper software on my Microsoft Windows 10 computer using a Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL).
I have successfully followed all the instructions showed in Installing Neper on Ubuntu 22 (https://neper.info/doc/tutorials/install_ubuntu22.html#installation-ubuntu-22). However, when I tried to test the installation, all tests failed for some reason.
Neper version: 4.9.0
Ubuntu version: 22.04.4 LTS

Try to run the tests in minimal mode maybe:

cmake -DBUILD_TESTING_MODE=Minimal ..
make
ctest

From past discussions, I also think that there might be issues with multithreading on WSL. So, also try this:

cmake -DHAVE_OPENMP=OFF ..
make

On Linux, I would search for libgsl.so.* files in /usr and make sure that libgsl.so.28 exists. If it doesn't, I would create a symbolic link from an existing libgsl.so.* file to libgsl.so.28.

On my computer:

$ find /usr -name libgsl.so.*
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgsl.so.27.0.0
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgsl.so.27
$ cd /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu
$ sudo ln -s libgsl.so.27 libgsl.so.28

This is not necessarily good practice, but it generally works.
